Following the success of 2008, the new course is retained for this year’s marathon and half marathon.Starting and finishing at Victoria Park, Leicester, the route uses mainly closed or restricted roads through the city, parkland walkways and some rural roads in the Leicestershire countryside.
Marathon £20, Half Marathon £16 (£2 extra for non-afliated runners).Competitors must be 18 or older for the full marathon and 17 years or older for the half marathon. http://www.leicestermarathon.org.uk/
